Customer consents to Allure Pest Management and its affiliates contacting Customer via automated technology, including calls, texts, emails, service notifications and prerecorded messages, at the number and email Customer has provided pursuant to this Agreement, concerning matters relevant to Customer’s scheduled Services as well as other services or products offered by Allure Pest Management.

User Responsibilities

Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled online or through our team. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments and Billing
All services are billed according to the plan or agreement discussed at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, and full payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional charges.

Recurring Service Plans
Customers enrolled in ongoing service plans will be billed monthly or annually, depending on their selected agreement. Plans auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your plan by contacting our support team.

Service Limitations
While we strive to eliminate pest activity, results may vary due to environmental conditions, weather, or property-specific factors. Our services are covered by a satisfaction guarantee and include retreatments as outlined in your service plan.

Use of SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages via SMS, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.

Promotional Texts
If you opt in to receive marketing messages, we may occasionally send promotional offers or updates via SMS. Consent is not required for purchase and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

AI Messaging Transparency
Some interactions may be facilitated by AI-based systems designed to assist with scheduling, answering common questions, and confirming details. These tools are monitored and comply with industry and legal standards.

Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue services at our discretion. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
